Chakras are the energy centers of your body. To function at their best, they need to be open and balanced. If they aren't, it can wreak havoc on your body as well as your emotions.

One of the best ways to keep them in balance is to wear a piece of jewelry with stones that correspond to each Chakra. That's what I've created here. A very basic Chakra bracelet with wooden beads.

Crown Chakra – Amethyst

Third Eye Chakra– Lapis Lazuli

Throat Chakra – Sodalite

Heart Chakra – Green Aventurine

Solar Plexus Chakra – Tiger's Eye

Sacral Chakra – Yellow Aventurine or Yellow Jade

Root Chakra – Red Jasper
